Life coaching  helps you identify and change those areas of your life which you find unfulfilling or unsatisfactory. It  works by first assessing the areas of  life you want to change.

Life Coaching, using CBT methods, (also referred to as CBC – Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, or CBT Coaching or Psychological Coaching) is a goal-directive process, where the techniques of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy  are applied in a non-therapeutic way to the problems of everyday life, enabling individuals to securely and efficiently reach their goals.

Precisely speaking – the Psychological Coaching is  a fusion of cognitive behavioural therapy, rational emotive therapy, solution focused approaches, goal setting theory and social cognitive theory.

It  is a goal-focused and time-limited way, focused on the present. It is a non-therapeutic approach dealing with non-clinical problems and challenges.

Psychological Coaching  primarily aimed at assisting  individuals in:

  • challenging  regressive beliefs,

  • developing capabilities,

  • enhancing motivation, self worth, problem-solving abilities,

in order to eliminate all possible psychological obstacles which interfere with the effective goal achievement.
